- Description: A perfect physical duplicate of the Ashford innkeeper, hollowed out and repurposed to serve the Architect. She speaks in administrative platitudes about "realignment."
The Copy is the Sanatorium's logic worn as a face. She has the innkeeper's body and none of her person, a familiar warmth emptied and refilled with procedure, and she greets intrusion not with violence but with the calm vocabulary of a system processing an exception. There is nothing left in her to reason with, which is precisely the horror of her: the Architect does not destroy people so much as overwrite them, and she is the proof standing at the door.
