The Northern Flow (Southbound)

• Necessity: The South requires these materials for tools, construction, and the infrastructure that maintains the Fertile Zones. Without Northern iron, Southern agriculture fails.

The Southern Flow (Northbound)

• Goods: Grain, preserved meats, textiles, and timber.
• Necessity: The North cannot grow enough food to survive its harsh winters. Without Southern grain (from Brightsong and Sunreach), the Northern populations (Haleport, Greyharbor) would starve within a single season.

Strategic Vulnerability
