Definition
The Circuit is the operational mechanism by which the Kingdom of Valentia projects authority from the capital into its territories. It is a mobile court system of Mediators, tax assessors, and magistrates who travel established routes to adjudicate disputes and maintain the continuity of Crown law.
However, the operation of the Circuit differs fundamentally between the two major regions of the Kingdom, dictated by the continent’s supernatural geography.
